Casters, rated 500# capacity each, have locking wheels
NOTE: Bil-Jax recommends and some states limit the free-
standing tower height to be 3 times the minimum base
dimension. Current OSHA codes allow 4 times the minimum
base dimension. Consult your state and local
codes for compliance.
