Bil-Jax Names New Director Of Engineering

ARCHBOLD, OH - Bil-Jax, Inc. is pleased to announce that Shahid Qureshi has been selected as the company’s new Director of Engineering. Effective immediately, Mr. Qureshi will assume responsibility for all engineering functions.
According to CEO Jeff Ott, “The addition of Shahid to our team will provide the necessary leadership and oversight to our growing list of engineering projects supporting the growth and ongoing success of Bil-Jax.”

Qureshi brings to Bil-Jax over 30 years of engineering and management experience with particular success in new product development. He has previously held senior positions at Grove Worldwide, Mayville Engineering and Iowa Molded Tooling.
Qureshi takes on the responsibility previously held by Dave Brinegar, who has been promoted to Director of Operations. In his new role, Brinegar will work closely with plant management and with the heads of all departments to reduce production costs, improve efficiency and increase productivity.
