BilJax has leveraged their unique experience in the Construction scaffold and event staging markets to introduce the TF2100. The first ever engineered tent floor system. Until now, tent installers struggled with erecting tents when elevation is required.  This ground-breaking system combines BilJax event platforms and Ring-lock scaffold and is the first system to be designed to integrate with the clear span tent structure when elevation is required.  TF2100 removes the ‘guess work’ by being simple to set up, requiring fewer parts, and offering substantial labor savings.

The TF2100 utilizes three key components.

  • Understructure – utilizes ring lock system scaffold
  • Flooring Panels – hybrid of the ST8100 and AS2100 staging platforms, but engineered as a tent floor
  • OEM specific components

The TF2100 system facilitates the manufacturer’s specification which allows the tent uprights to attach to manufacturer specific connectors or base plates on stringer beams. The interchangeable base connectors are specific to the tent manufacturer and specific models. The system incorporates the location of the structure uprights to connect directly on the understructure vertical post which transfers the load to the ground. The TF2100 system is unique in that it ‘fits’ the structure by providing a wide range of elevation opportunities while meeting or exceeding load safety factors. This system is simple to install and provides substantial labor savings.

The TF2100 is the first ever engineered tent floor that will revolutionize the tent floor industry and set the standard as the preferred flooring system for event structures worldwide.
